SaltSwell is a mobile application providing coastal visuals, sound, and interactive pebble skimming. It is intended as a simple, self-directed experience and does not provide medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic advice.

Data collection

SaltSwell is designed to function without collecting personal data.

We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal information. We do not track users, build profiles, or monitor behaviour.

The app does not require account creation, login, or the submission of personal information.

SaltSwell operates entirely on your device and does not make network requests during normal use of the app.

Local device data

The app stores limited usage information locally on your device, such as the number of times the app is opened or features are used.

remains on your device
is not transmitted or shared
is not accessible to us or any third party
is used solely to support in-app functionality and not for analytics, tracking, or profiling

This information does not identify you and cannot be used to identify you.

Any locally stored usage information persists on your device until the app is deleted.

We do not collect or store personal information or device identifiers such as advertising identifiers, IP addresses, or device IDs.

Tracking and third parties

SaltSwell does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tools, advertising technologies, or any form of third-party tracking.

We do not engage in cross-app or cross-site tracking and do not use Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.

Because SaltSwell does not collect or transmit personal data, no user data is stored or retained by So Crocodile Limited.

Testing and diagnostics

During testing or pre-release versions of the app (including via TestFlight), limited diagnostic data such as crash reports may be collected by platform providers to support app stability and performance.

This data is handled by those providers in accordance with their own privacy policies and is not controlled by So Crocodile Limited.

Your device operating system or platform provider may independently collect limited diagnostic or performance data. This is outside the control of So Crocodile Limited.

Children

SaltSwell is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If the app is used in an educational or supervised setting, responsibility for its use rests with the organisation or supervising adult.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection laws, individuals may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
